Tim is a founder and Group CEO of Profica, a professional services company providing construction and property solutions. Tim holds over 29 years hands-on, across sector experience of the management and delivery of large, high profile and complex projects in the Property, Construction and Civil Engineering industries.  Tim gained experience working for a top tier listed contractor in South Africa. Thereafter, he was exposed to international project management in Europe, before founding Profica in 2005. As a seasoned Property Development manager, he has successfully completed projects across many sectors, inclusive of retail, office, industrial, hotels, residential and mixed use. Tim has grown the Profica business over the 20 years with a strong footprint, local offices and presence throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.

Alan Dinnie

Alan is seasoned Property Development Manager with over 28 years’ experience in the built environment. In his career, Alan has worked as a Town Planner, Regional Planner, Housing Project Manager and Property Development Manager, gaining extensive knowledge in land management, development planning and property development, particularly in the public sector. Alan holds qualifications as a Town and Regional Planner and Project Manager and is currently a Development Director.
